All 7th grade students must provide proof of a booster vaccination for whooping cough, also known as the Tdap, and a meningitis vaccination, also known as the MCV4. Please have these vaccinations done before the first day of school. Please remember students will not be able to attend classes without proof of each vaccine on the Georgia Immunization Certificate (form 3231). For more information, you may contact your child’s pediatrician or the Telfair County Health Department.
