Intradistrict Transfer Rights

NOTICE

All Title I schools must notify parents of their Intradistrict Transfer Rights, also known as HB251, even where no intradistrict transfer option is available.  HB251 does not apply to districts with only one school at each level (i.e., one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school); therefore, this option is not available within the Telfair County School District.  For additional information, please contact Cindy Jones, Federal Programs Director, at 229-868-5661 or cjones@telfairschools.org. (Posted July 1, 2021)
